Founded in 2003 by Inez Rix, Direct Auctions was the first property auction house to open to the public on the Costa del Sol. Since then we have gone from strength to strength, presenting properties globally in auctions around the world.

With or without the current economic crisis, everybody loves a bargain and the very nature of auctions dictates the open market will show the true price of any item, so providing the property is attractive and the price realistic, the deal should be completed at the best possible price for both parties.

Our long term plan has always been to develop Direct Auctions globally, but we know that the passion and drive needed to create the atmosphere for each auction will best be done by an owner-operator. With this in mind we have created the Direct Auction franchise programme.
